What information does the app obtain?
PlayTrack Pro does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the app is used with an active internet connection, temporary technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.

Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Because the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
Local workout records
If sport selections, workout durations, dates, intensity levels, distance values, estimated calories, notes, Personal Best markers, Favorite markers, total workout counters, day streaks, total minutes, weekly calendar states, achievement progress, history filters, Metric / Imperial preferences, Daily Reminder settings, Quick Log Favorites, Reset All Data actions, and app settings are saved by the app, they are intended to remain local to the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. Reasonable safeguards are used for systems and any voluntarily provided data.
Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal data is minimal. If a breach involves any data voluntarily provided, WOŹNIAK will notify users as required by applicable law.
